Some very famous chefs de cuisine settled in this region, and have been offering their guests always more refinement and imagination. This colourful and tasty cuisine reflects at every season Nature's generosity and garrigue's scents : rosemary, thyme, basil, anise, lavender...

Foie gras, conserve of duck, truffle omelette, bouillabaisse(Provencal fish soup), seven-hour cooked lamb, or pigs' trotter...

A delicious cheeseboard ; roquefort, cantal, or saint-marcelin...

For those who would like to lend a hand and be initiated to the great chiefs of our region's secrets, we propose cuisine courses, animated by gastronomic celebrities.

At the beginning of each course, you will be supplied with aprons, kitchen utensils and specifications sheets. The courses take place in a warm atmosphere, and finish around a convivial table to savour the meals prepared together.

 

According to your desires, you can simply have a cuisine course during your discovery stay ; or if you feel like it you can have a course which lasts several days, with one or several teachers, through different regions.
